imageISLAMABAD: Senate on Friday offered Fateha for the departed soul of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia.

Deputy Chairman Senate Sabir Ali Baloch asked State Minister Abdul Ghafoor Haideri to lead Fateha.

Speaking on the occasion leader of the House Raja Zafar-ul-Haq paid glowing tributes to the services rendered by the late Saudi King. He expressed deep sorrow over the demise of late Saudi King and condoled with the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.

Later, the House offered Fateha for the departed soul of former minister Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan. Leader of the House Raja Zafar-ul-Haq pointed out the matter. State Minister for Postal Affairs Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri led the Fateha.
