raja pervez2 400ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf assured members of parliament that development funds would be released at regular intervals to ensure continuity of work on schemes in their constituencies.

 

The Prime Minister was talking to Minister for Postal Services, Sardar Muhammad Umar Gorgaij, MNAs Nabil Ahmed Gabol, Gul Muhammad Jakhrani, Senators Rubina Khalid, Mudassar Sehar, Senior Adviser to PM, Aslam Gill, former Minister Rehmatullah Kakar and Senior Minister Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Rahim Dad Khan, who called on him separately at Prime  Minister House on Monday.

 

The Federal Minister for Postal Services discussed with the Prime Minister matters pertaining to his Ministry.

 

He apprised the Prime Minister about the introduction of electronic money order service by Pakistan Post Office as part of efforts to modernize the postal services in the country.

 

The Prime Minister appreciated the introduction of electronic money order by the Pakistan Post Office and directed the Minister to adopt modern technology to facilitate public at large.

 

The Minister also informed the Prime Minister about the ongoing development schemes in his constituency.

 

The parliamentarians discussed with the Prime Minister various issues related to their respective constituencies.

 

They also apprised him about the status of ongoing development activities in their areas.

 

The Prime Minister urged the MNAs to increase their contacts with the masses and try to solve their problems by taking personal interest.

 

He also urged them to monitor the development schemes in their respective areas so that their timely completion is ensured.

 

The senior minister Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa briefed the Prime Minister about provincial party organization and situation in the province.
