ISLAMABAD: Senior Civil Judge Islamabad on Monday granted 14-day judicial remand of MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan who is facing trail for his alleged involvement in fraud case.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) produced Anjum Aqeel before the court after completion of period of physical remand. The record obtained from National Police Foundation in this case was presented before the court.
The court after hearing the arguments from the both side rejected the application to dismiss the case and ordered to send Anjum Aqeel to jail on judicial remand. The hearing into this case was adjourned for two weeks.
