Losing 5G work from Telecom Italia, one of Huawei's biggest clients in Europe, would be a blow to the Chinese technology giant, which has already lost some business to rivals Nokia and Ericsson.
Telecom Italia has sent a letter informing Huawei of its intention to call off the contract, one of the sources said. Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore first reported the letter.
The SF5 is a hybrid SUV available in two powertrain options, a 2-Wheel-Drive (2WD) option that is powered by a single electric motor, and an All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) option with two electric motors.
This premium C-Segment compact crossover SUV debuted at the 2019 Guangzhou Motor Show in China.
Huawei said it generated first-quarter revenue of 152.2 billion yuan ($23.4 billion) and attributed the drop to a decline in consumer revenue as the result of offloading a smart device brand.
KPN said that it is not aware of any improper access by Huawei employees, and Huawei, the biggest supplier of equipment for KPN's 4G mobile networks, denied the report.
The Agentschap Telecom said in a statement it would also check whether KPN's current security measures are adequate and issue first findings "in about a month".
It also planned to push ahead in helping develop applications for the coming advent of superfast 5G connections, in cloud computing, and in the software business.
"This is a matter that can really only be properly litigated before a US trial judge," Frater said, adding that the defense arguments' "flaws run so wide and so deep I scarcely know where to begin."
Canada denies it breached Meng's rights. Government lawyers have called on the judge to throw out the allegations, which they said were "supported only by speculation and innuendo," and proceed to extradition.
Lawyers for Meng believe the affidavits could show the banking giant was aware of the links between Huawei and Skycom, which sold telecom equipment to Iran.
“As an important pilot project of the Belt and Road Initiative, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is an open one guided by the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits,” said China’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian's at a regular press conference.
Beijing and Hong Kong authorities are also drawing up broad plans to ensure all politicians and public officials are "staunch patriots", including within the judiciary.
Oppo surpasses Huawei to become the biggest smartphone manufacturer in China.
Oppo currently leads the local Chinese smartphone market with a 21 percent market share in January 2021.
Huawei, which has been pushed to the third place after the US ban, is now tied with Apple and Xiaomi, with a 16 percent market share in the Chinese smartphone market.
