The Punjab government had provided three billion rupees for the development work and the house size had been increased from 3 marlas to 3.5 marlas, he added.
This would benefit the farmers’ community in the province as a subsidy worth billions of rupees would be provided annually to one million farmers, she said.
She said that Akhuwat had provided financial support to 86,000 needy persons for the construction of houses and this was the real change at the grassroots.
