Addressing the inaugural ceremony, he said the demand of Pakistani products is on increase in the UAE.

He said that UAE is one of the largest trading partners of Pakistan and Pakistani products are liked here.

Demand of Pakistani rice, fruits & vegetables, meat, marble and furniture has grown in the UAE over the years and recently dresses made by famous Pakistani designers have also been in high demand, he added.

 He said Pakistan's growing trend in designing has a trajectory to take its share of UAE market which has five billion volume in importing clothing and other value added textile from Pakistan.

 "The expansion of Pakistani businesses and products in the UAE not only brings individual benefits to the businessmen but also helps strengthen the national economy. Pakistani community should prefer buying Pakistani products", said Ambassador Khan.

 Appreciating the role of Pakistani women in business, he said, "Pakistani women are attaining remarkable empowerment as good entrepreneurs, human right activists and politicians. They are working side by side men in all walks of life."

  Speaking about the colour and quality of dresses, Ambassador Khan said, "dress reflects personality of a person and the choice of colour depicts human taste & feelings".

 Fashion designer, Iqbal said that he started his brand Aroosi Iqbal in 1994 and since then has participated in many fashion shows in the UAE. He thanked Ambassador Jamil Ahmed Khan for taking out his precious time and inaugurating his first outlet in Abu Dhabi.
