During his visit to Mepco customer service centre Khanewal circle here on Saturday, the GM said that all possible steps were being taken to resolve consumers complaints on priority.

He directed the officers concerned to avoid unscheduled loadsheding in any area of the region, otherwise, strict action would be taken against the involved employees.

He asked them to maintained patrol books at their offices and directed feeder incharges to ensure visits of field in order to resolve issues of break down and tipping. He said that customer service centres were being made operational

at circle, division and sub-division level.

GM Operation Engineer Nasir Rasheed directed that customers calls be directly attended by the concerned SDO for better coordination.
