The Supreme Court has constituted four benches, including a five-member larger bench to hear Panamagate case, for the week commencing from January 16 (tomorrow).
The bench-I would be led by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, comprising Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Maqbool Baqar.
The bench-II shall resume the hearing of Panamagate case on Monday (tomorrow) which comprises Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Ijazul Ahsan.
The bench-III would be led by Justice Amir Hani Muslim, comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel whereas bench-IV comprises Justice Dost Muhammad Khan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Faisal Arab.
