Applied Economics Research Centre (AERC), University of Karachi (KU) has given admissions to 46 students in its national-level MAS/MPhil programme 2017. Director AERC-KU Professor Samina Khalil said that as many as 95 students were initially allowed to appear in the entrance test, held on 3rd January in seven different cities of the country, including Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, Multan, Sukkur and Karachi. She said 46 students were given admissions after the selection interviews of 60 candidates, held on January 9. She said the 42nd annual session of MAS/MPhil degree programme will start from February 2017.
