On the eve of the New Year and to mark the Christmas celebrations with the Christian communities, Al-Khidmat Foundation, Sindh organised gift distribution ceremonies in Jacobabad and Sukkur. In Jacobabad, some 190 Christmas gifts were given to the Christian people by the Al-Khidmat Foundation in a special ceremony held at the Baptist Church in Jacobabad. The event was attended by several Christian leaders and senior officials of Al-Khidmat Sindh, as well as a large number of Christian men, women and children.
Among the most prominent figures were Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, General Secretary Al-Khidmat Foundation, Jacobabad, Deedar Lashari, Secretary Jamat-e-Islami, Jacobabad, Dr Shankar Lal member of the Al-Khidmat's Minority desk, pastor Sharon Jaz, pastor Aslam Gil, pastor Muneer Alam and many others. The representatives of the Al-Khidmat Foundation, Sindh visited the Bait-e-Hasda Church, Brotheren Denomination, Sukkur and offered Christmas greetings to people in the church.-PR
