PML-N has not given any statement against judiciary: Rana Afzal

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Finance Rana Muhammad Afzal on Monday said that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) had not given any statement against judiciary.

The judiciary was the most important pillar of the state, he said while talking to a private news channel.

He said the PML-N had only expressed reservations over the court verdict regarding the disqualification of its leader and that was the right of every citizen.

To a question he said Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan was an absconder in a court case and was facing many cases including that of foreign funding.

The PTI chief had been using derogatory language against institutions, he alleged.
