Swedish govt sees GDP growth at 2.8pc in election year

The government said in its spring mini-budget it expected the economy to grow 2.8 percent this year and 2.2 percent in 2019.

That was unchanged from the most recent forecast in February.

The government announced 2.6 billion Swedish crowns ($307.05 million) in spending measures, most of which were already known.
