Conspiracies hatched against PML-N govt through sit-ins: Daniyal
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Privatization Daniyal Aziz Friday said conspiracies were hatched to topple the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government through protest demonstrations or sit-ins from day one.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) held sit-ins at D-Chowk to create hurdles in affairs of the PML-N government, he said talking to a private news channel.
The minister said people had always trusted on economic programmes of the present government that was why public had elected Nawaz Sharif as premier thrice. During 70 years, no elected prime minister had completed his constitutional tenure, he added.
He said the masses wanted political and economic stability and China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would bring economic revolution in the country.
