Hong Kong shares finish slightly down    

The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.07 percent, or 22.90 points, to 30,808.38.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.66 percent, or 21.11 points, to 3,159.05, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.32 percent, or 5.89 points, to 1,834.38.
