Restoration of Bahawalpur province: 'decision to be taken in next National Assembly session'

Governor Punjab Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood said on Saturday that the decision regarding restoration of Bahawalpur province would be taken in National Assembly's (NA) next session. Rahimyar Khan, DG Khan and Multan will be the part of new province.
Addressing a press at his residence following the Bahawalpur restoration core committee meeting, Ahmed Mehmood said the lingering demand of people would be fulfilled when the province would be made and complaints about Bahawalpur rights infringement would end.
