IHC reserves judgment in PTI funding case

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday reserved judgment on PTI petition challenging proceedings of the Foreign Funding Case in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani of the IHC heard the case filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against the ECP proceeding.

During the proceeding, the PTI lawyer argued that the foreign funding case was filed on malafide intention and hence should not be heard by the ECP.
