The present government had provided all required facilities including food, residence and transport to the pilgrims performed Hajj, last year, he said while talking to PTV.
This year, the people will go for Hajj through computerized balloting and all important steps have been made to ensure transparency in that regard, he said.
To a question for enhancing Hajj quota, he said the discussion would be made with the concerned minister in Saudi Arabia for increasing the quota.
The Hajj quota should be increased as new list of population census had been made, he said.
To another question, Sardar Yousuf said, "We are working to organize tour operators so that the devotees intending to visit the religious places in Iran and Iraq, could enjoy better facilities including food, residence and transport."
