LAHORE: Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Najam Sethi has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives in a traffic accident near Phoolnagar bypass.

He ordered the administration to provide best medical facilities to the injured and spare no effort for their treatment.
