Hundreds of Pakistanis stranded in Turkey return home

The repatriation of Pakistanis stranded in Turkey continues after a special Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) carrier carrying 284 Pakistanis reached home.

According to details, 284 passengers arrived at Islamabad Airport from Istanbul on PIA's special flight PK784.

Airport sources said that a special team of doctors conducted medical examination and screening of all the passengers after which all the passengers were shifted to the designated quarantine centers and samples were obtained.

According to sources, two passengers were shifted to PIMS Hospital in Islamabad due to ill health.
