Passengers asked to submit Health Declaration Form to enter Pakistan
- Aviation Division Spokesman said that entry and immigration will not be allowed in Pakistan if the card is not submitted.

In order to curb the deadly coronavirus, every person entering the country will need to submit their Health Declaration Form to the authorities.
As per details, the crew will distribute health declaration cards to all passengers. Spokesman Aviation Division says that entry and immigration will not be allowed in Pakistan if the card is not submitted.
The measure is taken under the directive of the Ministry of Health, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in Pakistan. All the travelers entering Pakistan have to submit a health declaration form on the directive, which will include their contact details and a brief travel history.
According to the spokesperson Aviation Division, the declaration form will contain the name, passport number and address as well as details of accommodation in different countries and passenger health. In order to enter Pakistan, a completed form must be submitted.
The crew will distribute health declaration cards to all passengers. The spokeswoman says that in the wake of the virus outbreak, it is important to register information on the card and hand the card over to the health staff in the lounge. Otherwise entry and immigration will not be allowed in Pakistan.
The authorities have also made arrangement for the full screening of the first flight passengers, arriving from China on February 3. For which it has been decided to increase the number of staff tenfold.
Coronavirus has been declared a global emergency by the WHO, citing the reason that outbreak continues to spread outside China. Some 213 people in the China have died from the virus with almost 10,000 cases nationally.
More than 500 Pakistani students are studying in various universities of Wuhan, the epicentre of coronavirus. Four students have been confirmed to be victim to the deadly coronavirus.
