Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani on Sunday said that the differences in Balochistan government have been resolved and Jam Kamal Khan will continue to be the chief minister of the province.

Speaking at a news conference along with Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Quddus Bizinjo, the chairman Senate said that the issue has amicably been resolved and 'now is no any issue left'.

Bizinjo had developed differences with chief minister Balochistan Jam Kamal, who is also Chief of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP). The chairman Senate along with the government committee tasked by Prime Minister Imran Khan to negotiate with the allied parties had requested Bizinjo for a meeting on Sunday to address his reservations.

"The issues between the chief minister Balochistan and speaker Balochistan assembly have been resolved and now there is no problem left between the two", Sanjrani claimed, adding that Jam Kamal being the head of party will continue to be the chief minister of Balochistan. "We are satisfied with Kamal's performance and he is doing well", Sanjrani said.

To a question, the chairman Senate said that the no-confidence motion in the Upper House of the parliament was initiated by the opposition while in Balochistan there were 'small' differences within the party.

Speaking on the occasion, Bizinjo said that he was thankful for giving an opportunity to share his views with the Chairman Senate and members of the government committee. He said that after listening his reservations, it was decided that a high level committee will be constituted which will visit Balochistan to hear the remaining members of the party.

"I am thankful to the chairman and the government committee members who listened to my reservations as we wanted that the problems and issues of Balochistan should be resolved", he said. "We are all those who speak for Pakistan and it is our desire that problems of Balochistan are also resolved the way these are looking into in rest of the country," he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Pervez Khattak said that the differences in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have already been resolved. "Anybody who violates the party's discipline has to face the disciplinary action", Khattak said while commenting in response of a query about sacking three ministers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He said that the Prime Minister has already constituted a committee to address the problems of the allied parties, adding that the committee together with the members of the coalition partners will make efforts to intact the coalition.

Responding to a question about a possible no-confidence motion against chief minister Balochistan, Khattak said that PTI together with the BAP will defeat any such move in the province.
