ISPR funded film ‘Kaaf Kangana’ starring Sami Khan and Eshal Fayyaz in the lead roles have been headlines ever since its trailer and an item song got released. After facing much criticism, DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor has come in support of Neelam Muneer.

The song has been heavily criticized even more after Neelam Muneer gave an amusing justification to it.

Through his private Twitter account, he replied to a fan saying that the item song is by an Indian girl in the movie as per her role.

In the same tweet, Gen Asif Ghafoor also addressed the controversy surrounding Humera Arshad’s concert at ISPR, General Headquarters (GHQ) on Kashmir Black Day. “It is neither at GHQ (GHQ is at Rwp not Islamabad) nor of an event organised for ISPR as such,” he said.

Earlier, Neelam too took to social media to defend herself and said that she did this song only because this movie is a project of ISPR.
