Atlas Battery for a second time participated in South Africa’s prestigious international trade fair ‘Automechanika,’ where the company showcased its latest range of batteries.

Pakistan’s leading battery manufacturer has been striving to expand and showcase its high quality products not only within Pakistan but also across the boundary. With this aim, it has been exhibiting its products in some of the most prominent trade expos around the world.

This year, it participated in ‘Automechanika’ which is a leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry. The fair targets trade visitors from the Sub-Saharan Region. Through ‘Automechanika’, Atlas Battery was given to opportunity to display its batteries which are high in quality as well as can withstand any temperature.

In the event, Atlas Battery was the only battery manufacturer from Pakistan to have represented the country under the pavilion organized by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP).Other companies who participated under TDAP included Ghauri Tyres and Tubes, Darson Industries, Meralastik Rubber Industries and New Asia Automobile.

For decades, Atlas batteries have been tried and tested during all extreme weather in Pakistan and can endure all temperatures. Since, the extreme and diverse climate is a common thing between the two countries; the batteries are suitable even in South Africa.

During the expo, the ambassador of Pakistan visited the stall while the team briefed him about their range of polypropylene batteries which are the toughest batteries and can endure harsh weather. The ambassador appreciated the products while also enjoying a cup of tea with the team.

The event not only welcomed visitors from Johannesburg itself, but also got visitors from a variety of other countries, including Kenya, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, and Belarus. Visitors from other South African cities like Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban also interacted with the team.
