ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of a case regarding loadshedding in the country for an indefinite period and directed the government to submit copy of policy if formed in this regard.
A three-member bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, heard the case.
During the course of proceedings, Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan asked the Additional Attorney General whether the government had formed any policy regarding loadshedding.
The Additional Attorney General responded that the government had not so far formulated a policy regarding loadshedding.
He pleaded the court to grant time for taking directions from the government in this regard.?APP
