KHANEWAL: Provincial Minister for Management and Professional Development Hussain Jehanian Gardezi paid a visit to Ramazan bazaars here on Sunday to check the quality and availability of edible items.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that exemplary arrangements had been made at Ramazan bazaars by the government. He said that people's rush at Ramazan bazaars actually showed their confidence in government's initiatives.
He hailed Deputy Commissioner Ashfaq Ahmad Chaudhry over better arrangements at Ramazan bazaars and wheat procurement centres.
Meanwhile, the minister also paid a visit to a wheat procurement centre and ordered the officials concerned to ensure purchase of quality wheat without moisture. He said that wheat procurement target would be achieved.
