KARACHI: Head, Department of Electrical Engineering, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University,(MAJU) Karachi Dr. Kashif Ishaque said that we have started Electrical Engineering degree program at MAJU to educate and nourish the next generation of engineering.
He said that our vision is to produce such a talented graduate for the society who may be leaders in industry or academia.
This he stated while presiding over Board of Studies meeting of his department at University campus, said a statement on Monday.
The meeting was attended by Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences, MAJU Prof. Dr. Kamran Azim, Assistant Professors, NED Engineering University, Dr. Imran Naseem and Dr. Hashim Raza, Director, QEC, MAJU Dr. Ghzanfer Munir and senior faculty member Dr. Areeb Ahmed.
The Board of Studies of Electrical Engineering department during its meeting approved recommendations of Industrial Advisory Committee and reviewed Self-Assessment report submitted by a committee constituted for this purpose.
