Petition against Lakhvi's bail adjourned till May 23

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday adjourned hearing till May 23, on a petition of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against the bail of Zakur Rehman Lakhvi, a main accused in Mumbail attacks.

A divisional bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani heard the FIA petition in Mumbai attacks case.

During hearing, the bench asked the representative of FIA whether the department wanted to pursue its case or not.

At this, the FIA official sought time from the bench to submit its reply which was accepted by the court.
