SC returns ANF petition against bail of Hanif Abbasi with objections

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday returned the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) petition against bail of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Leader  Hanif Abbasi with objections.

The Registrar Office of the apex court returned the petition and objected that many pages of petition filed in the Lahore High Court were not readable and asked the petitioner to submit a clear copy of documents attached with the petition.

Later, the ANF resubmitted the petition after removing objections.

The ANF maintained in the petition that Hanif Abbasi's acquittal on bail was not according to law.
