IHC adjourns NAB's appeal against acquittal of Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday adjourned hearing till May 21, on National Accountability Bureau (NAB)’s appeal challenging the acquittal of former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Flagship Investment reference.

The hearing was adjourned without further proceeding due to unavailability of judges associated with the bench.

The NAB had pleaded in its case that the trial court had ignored several facts in this case.
