KARACHI: A anti-polio walk from Taluka hospital Rohri to Press Club would be held on 19 April to create awareness on the importance of anti-polio vaccination.
The walk would be organized by the Health Department Sukkur in collaboration with the UNICEF and Rotary International, which would be attended by polio affected children, religious scholars, journalists and people from all walks of life.
The Provincial Health Department vaccinators would also administer anti-polio drops to the children and distribute polio awareness pamphlets among the masses.
District health officer Dr. Agha Samiullah Pathan stressed the need for the role to eradicate the virus.
