PTI terms India’s breach of LoC ‘desperation’ due to its upcoming elections
Following India's breach of the Line of Control (LoC) early on Tuesday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has termed the violation as ‘desperation across the border’ over the upcoming elections in the neighbouring country.
The PTI wrote on its official Twitter handle that fact of the matter was that Pakistan had forced the Indian jets to retreat, which led them to dump the fuel in haste, which they think was a bomb.
"We realise it’s election year and a desperation across the border. Fact of the matter is, Indian jets were forced to retreat in haste by Pakistan army patrols and dumped fuel, which in their scramble they thought was a bomb," the PTI wrote.

The PTI continued that India media was always irresponsible and by 'beating the war drums' it was showing a deteriorating mindset at a time when Pakistan was on an upward trajectory.
We always knew Indian media was irresponsible, but beating the war drums shows a disturbing bloodlust and deteriorating mindset at a time when Pakistan is on an upward trajectory. Indian jets scrambled back from Balakot which lies close to the LOC.#Pakistan
