As promised, Imran Khan converts PM House into Islamabad National University

With the aim to reduce the gap between the government and public, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated on Friday Islamabad National University at the PM House.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, PM Khan said that for a country to progress and develop, education was crucial. He said that education is Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) main focus. Assuring his government's full support to the Higher Education Commission, he said that during the PTI's five year tenure, overall level of education will be improved.

The premier said countries like China and Singapore made major economic development through quality education. The premier announced soon after assuming office back in August that he will convert PM House into a state of the art university.
