Polish central banker repeats no need to raise rates in 2019

WARSAW: Poland's central bank governor Adam Glapinski repeated on Wednesday his long-standing opinion that there was no need to raise interest rates in 2019.

Glapinski also said at the news conference after the bank kept interest rates on hold at 1.5 percent, that the bank had maintained its wait-and-see approach.
