The leaders belonging to different political parties on Saturday asked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to arrest forthwith the killers of 4-year-old Asma, include the sexual violence and terrorism acts in the first information report (FIR) and also include the representatives of Military Intelligence (MI) agency and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in the investigation process of the case.
The district government has arranged All Party Conformance on the issue of the minor girl Asma's murder on Saturday at the district nazim office. District Nazim Mardan Himayatullah Mayar headed the APC. Leaders of different political parties of the district attended the conference.
It may be noted that minor girl Asma resident Jandarpar Gujjar Garhi area of Mardan had gone missing fourteen days ago and her body was found at a sugarcane field on Sunday evening. Later on, on 19th January Himayatullah Mayar arranged APC on the issue. Later it was decided in the APC that next meeting of the APC will be held on 27th January. The APC meeting was held at the district Nazim officer. Political party's leaders including PTI district president and lawmaker Iftikhar Ali Mashwani, Naib Nazim Asad Ali, PPP district general secretary Aurangzeb Khan, Ihsanullah Bacha, Babar Khan Yousafzai and other attended the APC.
Addressing to the conference speakers condemned the murder of the Asma's. Later on the APC declaration was announced at the end of the APC.
The APC demanded the government to immediate arrest the killers. APC also thanked the chief justice of Supreme Court for taking 'suo-moto' action in the murder case of Asma. APC demanded to include the sexual violence and terrorism acts in the first information report (FIR), demanded to include the representative of MI and ISI in the investigation process, demanded that the government to bring change in the legislation in this connection, demanded to bring change in the investigation process in the province and to appoint talented and honest officer in the investigation department.
The APC also demanded the federal and provincial government to help the affected family. The APC also demanded that government should establish DNA test and Forensic laboratory at all the district of the province.
The APC also demanded the local police to immediately send the blood simple corrected from 200 hundred people during the investigation to the Pakistan Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) Lahore which were laying at Bacha Khan Medical College.
