Aman Foundation wins CSR award

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of The Aman Foundation won prestigious accolades at the 9th Annual CSR Summit, held by the National Forum for Environment & Health (NFEH), at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad. The General Manager, Marketing and Communications Sajida Bandukwala, attended the award ceremony on behalf of the Aman Foundation and received the award in the 'Public Health & Safety' category.
Bandukwala stated that "Aman Foundation is honoured to be recognized for the resourceful social interventions of Aman Foundation. We are thankful to NFEH for appreciating our endeavours and inspiring us to continue transforming lives. We at Aman Foundation are focused on catalyzing impactful solutions in Health and Education in Pakistan through direct interventions, convening powerful partnerships and advocating on behalf of the underserved people of Pakistan.
The Aman Foundation is a not-for-profit social enterprise operating in Pakistan. The Foundation champions dignity and choice for the underserved, focusing on Health and Education.
The Aman Foundation's flagship Aman Ambulance, with advanced life-saving equipment, has made over 900,000 interventions to date. The Aman Community Health-workers Program provides on-the- door preventative healthcare to 100,000 people from underserved communities. Aman Tech is our state-of- the-art vocational training institute set-up to arm our youth with competitive vocational skills. To date, over 8,700 students have graduated from the institute.
The governing-body of the NFEH and the panel of distinguished judges appreciated Aman Foundation's vision being implemented through contributions in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. -PR
