It is with great pleasure I congratulate our Team at Pioneer Cement and our Partners CITIC China for commissioning and installing the 12 MW dual waste heat recovery (WHRPP) and coal-fired power plant at our cement manufacturing facility.
Engineering, construction and implementation of this milestone project in record time is a commendable feat by any standard, but especially admirable considering the complexities of a power project with dual functionality like the one installed.
The project will InshaAllah contribute to the energy sustainability of our company and by default allow for increased public load allocation to our surrounding areas.
As the curtain draws to a close on this endeavour, the future holds a lot for Pioneer Cement. A new 8000 TPD (Tons Per Day) line, potential Southern expansion and further energy autonomy through an additional 12 MW WHRPP and a 24 MW Coal Power Plant are in the horizon. May Allah Almighty bless our company and our people with the ability to successfully implement all these undertakings that we have raced to develop.
Our aspiration is for Pioneer Cement to continue to be a shining example with shared benefits to all our stakeholders from shareholders to business partners to our team.
