ATHENS: Greece on Wednesday launched an international tender to sell a majority stake in its biggest oil refiner Hellenic Petroleum, a key privatisation under its international bailout.
Greece's privatisation agency said it will sell no less than 50.1 percent in the refiner and interested investors must submit expressions of interest by May 18.
Hellenic's major shareholdes - Greece and Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holding - had agreed this month to divest a combined 50.1 percent stake in the refiner.
