ISLAMABAD: Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator and one of the largest private sector companies, is fully compliant with all its tax obligations, said a press release.

Jazz contributed over Rs 323 billion in taxes and duties during the last six years alone including Rs 74 billion as corporate tax. “We regard this as a critical part of our commitment and have also been recipient of multiple highest tax contributor awards by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) over the years.

With regard to the FBR’s recent disputed demand on corporate income tax, we will follow the legal process besides active engagement with FBR for early resolution of the matter,” according to a press release. Jazz remains committed to serving its customers with best-in-class services.
