Futures spread declines by 229bps

KARACHI: The futures spread declined by 229bps to 11.47 percent on the last day of the outgoing week.

Trading activities on the futures counter remained low as average daily volumes decreased by 2.7 percent to 75.32 million shares as compared to previous week’s average of 77.43 million shares.

Average daily traded value on the futures counter declined by 4.9 percent during this week and stood at Rs 3.71 billion.
