ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) Tuesday notified an increase in the prices of $0.4294 per mmbtu for the consumers of the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and $0.4362 per mmbtu for system gas users of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) for October.

The average DES price for spot purchase by Pakistan LNG Ltd (PLL) rose to $15.5885 per mmbtu in October, which is $2.4837 per mmbtu higher than September prices of $13.1048 per mmbtu.

The prices of RLNG under long-term contract of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) including Qatar gas has been reduced to $9.8612 per mmbtu for October, which was $11.4022 per mmbtu in September.

The oil and gas regulator computed of weighted average RLNG price for October $15.7828 per mmbtu and $14.8686 per mmbtu for transmission.

The oil and gas regulator worked out $15.5280 per mmbtu for the consumers of the SSGC and $14.5760 per mmbtu for the transmission of the gas.
