KARACHI: Sindh Excise and Taxation department has made a revenue collection of Rs52.916 billion during seven months of current financial year (July 2020 to January 2021).
According to details, the E&T department has collected Rs52.91 billion during seven months of current financial year as compared to the collection of Rs47.49 billion made during the same period of last year.
The department has collected Rs5292.507 million as motor vehicle tax, Rs42.870 billion as infrastructure cess, Rs1304.151 million as property tax, Rs374.100 million as professional tax, Rs77.148 million as cotton fee, Rs17.091 million as entertainment duty and the rest of amount was collected from other taxes.
