ISLAMABAD, Jan 18 (APP):The Indian troops in their act of state terrorism had martyred 17 innocent Kashmiris in last six months, said a data released by All Parties Hurriyet Conference (Jammu and Kashmir), (APHC,J&K) here on Thursday.
According to the data, as many as 20,850 innocent Kashmiris were injured due to the use of brute force, bullets and tear gas by Indian troops in the held valley.
And 18,976 people were apprehended during the last six months period in various raids conducted by occupied forces. A total of 8,355 Kashmiris were injured by pellets during the period. While 207 youth had lost one eye-sight and 73 also lost their two eyes.Yet, a total of 974 Kashmiris were on the verge of losing their eye sight. The vision of 1,863 youth was partially damaged from July 2018 to January 2018. The occupied troops also molested 751 women during the period.
As many as 65,761 houses/shops and structures were damaged during the last months period. As many as 53 schools were arson. A total of 818 Kashmiris were apprehended under detention of Public Safety Act. Also the Indian troops conducted 1,651 siege and search operations in various areas of the held valley.
