The World Economic Forum (WEF) has declared Pakistan and China better than India among 79 developing economies of the world.
Pakistan is ranked 52nd in the list which was revealed by the forum's Inclusive Growth and Development Report 2017 released on Monday.
The Inclusive Development Index is based on 12 performance indicators. The index has three main pillars like growth and development, inclusion and inter-generational equity, and sustainability.
Lithuania tops the list of 79 developing economies that also features Azerbaijan and Hungary at second and third positions, respectively. India has been ranked 60th, below neighbouring China and Pakistan.
China is ranked at the 15th position, Nepal (27th) and Bangladesh (36th). Two BRIC nations, Russia and Brazil, are at 13th and 30th places, respectively.
