Mitch Dobrowner is a fine art photographer and stormchaser, who was born in Long Island (Bethpage) New York and currently lives and works in Studio City, California.

After discovering the images of Minor White and Ansel Adams, he quickly became addicted to photography. Mitch travels the Western United States to creates images of spectacular weather systems that have the nuance and beauty of delicate portraits.

He shoots, for the most part, in remote locations, and in the case of his dramatic storm pictures, he seeks out, chases and braves weather conditions from which most of us would run.
