RECORDER REPORT-PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Monday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49426.64 with a positive change of 388.41 and volume of 93,764,720 shares.

High and Low were 49429.98 and 49038.23 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 268,968,770 shares with 383 total traded companies out of which 287 were up, 84 were down and 12 were unchanged.

ENGINEERING was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 37,457,200 shares. It was followed by TEXTILE COMPOSITE with a total traded volume of 35,824,900 shares.

The three top traded companies were Dost Steels Ltd. with a volume of 20,380,500 and price per share of 14.75 (0.49), Azgard Nine with a volume 18,438,000 of price per share of 10.00 (0.77), Lotte Chemical with a volume 11,475,500 of price per share of 9.02 (0.27).

The top three advancers were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share 5200.00 (75.40), Service Ind.Ltd with price per share of 1561.00 (38.14) and Siemens Pak. share of 1475.00 (37.47).

The top three decliners were J.D.W.Sugar with price per share of 515.11 (12.35), Pak Engineering with price per share of 330.00 (11.00) and Pak.Int.Cont. per share of 400.00 (9.98).
