Iqamas of 950,000 Pakistanis renewed in Saudi Arabia: Sartaj

imageISLAMABAD: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz Monday said 'Iqamas' of about 950,000 Pakistanis were renewed in Saudi Arabia under the fresh rules.

Answering a question in National Assembly, he said on the special request of Pakistan, three month time was extended for renewal of Iqamas.

He informed the house that government was providing all possible assistance and facilities to the Pakistanis facing imprisonment in Saudi Arabia.
