KARACHI: Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan Wednesday felicitated Malala Yousufzai for being honoured with Noble prize on Wednesday at a ceremony in Oslo, the capital of Norway.
In a statement here, the Governor said Malala was an intelligent and a bold student who not only fought the forces, hostile to education but continued her mission of spreading education especially among girls. The Noble prize to Malala Yousufzai showed the world's recognition of her struggle for promoting education, he added.
She had become a role model for the youth who should follow her foot- steps, the Governor said.
