ISLAMABAD: The met office on Wednesday forecast cold and dry weather across the country including federal capital for the next 24 hours.
According to details, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Kashmir. However, Sindh will remain dry while Gilgit-Baltistan is expected to be partly cloudy.
Skardu with -7 to -5 centigrade, Hunza -5 to -3, Gilgit -3 to -1, Chitral -2 to 0 and Kalat -1 to 1 will be the coldest places during the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.
