KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh have conducted targeted raids in Micassa Centre, Landhi, Old Golimar, Pathan Colony, Frontier Colony, Manghopir, Lyari, Korangi Number 5-1/2, Malir City, Faqir Colony, 400 Quarters and Usmanabad areas.
The information driven targeted raid was also conducted on the hideouts of Faisal Pathan Group of Lyari Gang War in Gulistan Colony, Lyari, where an abductee was recovered and three gangsters were also arrested, said a statement issued by the Rangers here on Monday.
It said that during the raids 17 criminals, including Lyari gang war elements and members of banned outfits, were arrested and weapons recovered.
