ISLAMABAD: Senator of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Moula Bakhsh Chandio Wednesday said that his party had accepted elections results for strengthening democratic system in Pakistan.
The PPP was not supporting any agitation in the country, he added.
Talking to a private TV channel, Chandio said that his party would nominate the name for the office of Sindh Chief Minister.
He claimed that former government had introduced historical projects despite of international pressure.
Replying to a question, he hoped that incoming government would make all efforts to resolve all issues of the country.
The PPP leader stressed on the need of sustainable democratic system for the development and prosperity.
He claimed that former PPP-led government had empowered the national institutions.
